Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted items featuring traditional Dutch craft techniques with modern eco-materials. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and documentation
- Be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Not be custom-made or personalized items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
